A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur.

Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival - No Charge
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival - 30% charge.
Cancellations less than 1 day prior to arrival and No Shows - 50% charge.

Cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival - 50% charge.
