Through our website we act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our visitors with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. We do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate.
Hotel Rates Categorization
Except of a small number of hotels in Albania, the star rating is decided by the owners of the hotels, thus rating should only be considered a guideline to help you, in making a choice. The other hotels which does not have rating, we have inspected and have put our opinion. But, Complaints made by Guests regarding conditions and services provided by the hotel are to be dealt with by the Hotel directly, without mediation of MTI Travel.

By making a reservation through our Website a direct contract is created between the Hotel and the Client. MTI TRAVEL acts only as a medium which makes possible the reservation and payment.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on our secure server or you can send them to us by fax.

With our policy of payments we want to insure the client about security, easy and simple ways of payments. You can choose to enter your credit card details on our secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
Your Credit Card details will be use to Guaranty the Booking. In case your booking is 7 or more day before check in date, we will charge 10% of the whole booking amount and the rest will be paied in the hotel.
In case that your booikng is less than 7 day before check in date, we will charge 100% of booking amount.
If you book in advance you can decide to make the payment also, by bank transfer. In this case the client will cover all the bank transaction costs.

DEPOSIT 10% IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE

To guaranty your booking you can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When you pay the balance at the hotel you can pay by Credit Card or CASH, depending from the hotel.
Not all the hotels in Albania accept Credit Cards. In some hotels they accept only CASH.

When you are booking a hotel, the Booking Form has a link for the cancellation terms , which is different for each hotel. Please read carefully the cancellation terms for each hotel.
Most of the city hotels have a cancellation free of charge if you cancel it 7 days before arrival.
The hotels, destination summer, holidays for July and August has a minimum nights of Booking, and the cancellation free of charge is 21 days before arrival. After that there is a charge which differs from hotels.

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival - 30% charge.
Cancellations less than 7 day prior to arrival and No Shows - 50% charge

If you cancell a reservation and your cancellation is not subject to a cancellation charge, we charge you only the cost of Bank Transaction 3% of amount to be send back.
MTI Travel has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any third party delay, cancellation, strike, force major, or other causes beyond its direct control, and it has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
