This 3 floor building is located on the way to drymades beach, 1 km far from the beach. it is composed by 10 apartments all of them facing the sea. All the apartments has a big bacony with table and chairs.
The apartments are fully equiped, with doble bed, sofa , kithchen, refrigerators, washing machine, shower.
From the villa to the beach is the a aphalt road which takes not more than 5min driving.
Gerondi-MTI Villa has private parking on the ground floor, a comunal courtyard in the back with chairs and table to eat in the vening.
There is a very nice swiming pool that can be use from the inhabitants of the villa.
Also the owners of the villa has their own place with ombrelas in the beach of drymades that can be use from the guests.
